1. Age limit
You must be at least 21 years of age (in some states 19) to order tobacco products from Postal-Cigs.Com. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigarettes. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law. Surgeon General's Warning The Surgeon General has advised that smoking is hazardous to your health:
• Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.

2. Products
The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless otherwise stated. Postal-Cigs.Com accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.
3. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.
4. Delivery time
For cigarettes - the average delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks (11 days usually). In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the city you live in.
If you do not get the parcel in 3 weeks period after you made your purchase, you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don't get the parcel, you may choose:
1. We send you the parcel once again to the amount of order you have made, as if you ordered it once again but you pay no money.
2. We return you the money.
5. Shipping info
All orders are shipped after 24 hours once your credit card or e-check has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. The cartons are shipped in parcels (one parcel may include 1-3 cartons). In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days. We can't send you a single parcel containing more cartons, because it would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
6. Orders
After an order is placed at Postal-Cigs.Com, the customer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a possibility to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, those customers must immediately send us an e-mail with his/her changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order. Otherwise, order will be sent using primary introduced information.
There is no limit when purchasing at Postal-Cigs.Com. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity for a first-time order is 12 cartons.
7. Return policy
The customer must inspect the delivered purchase immediately upon receipt. If the client is not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, he must let us know via our support email or by phone. We will provide the client with the return instructions. This unused merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or make the full refund. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account, without subsequent reimbursement. We are not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing their orders, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
8. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement.
9. Online Transactions Security

When you have completed selecting your purchases proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted for your personal details.
